i used the branch https://github.com/makerbase-mks/Mks-Robin-Nano-Marlin2.0-Firmware/tree/Marlin-bugfix2.0.x-MKS-2.1.3 and it fixed

I solved the problem by removing the 5v regulator from the arduino and add another one 7805 at the back between 5v - ground - vin check the images ...
