Hi I do have the same problem here , explorer patcher does apply the setting on my second monitor but it does not display the pins apps from the taskbar...

I mean my pinned apps on my second monitor are visible when EP is uninstalled

Update : I found the issue , I had to change some Transluscenttb settings to get it worked. It's fine now , Thanks for trying to help me
