Yes, they've released it: https://github.com/reMarkable/linux/issues/7. It doesn't have any libraries for interacting with the framebuffer. Just the old rM1 libraries.

@tbethe have you had a chance to test this since the change was merged? I would expect that this is now resolved.
partition 2 and 3 are the root partitions, you'll want to check partition 4.
