As I understand, the upload succeeds, but the sketch does not start. Try the blink example first.
The answer is in the logging at the serial output.
Note the error: VS1053 not properly installed.

Yes, thera are conflicting settings in your preferences for pin 35. Remove the setting for IR.
Try "swr-swr1-bw.cast.addradio.de/swr/swr1/bw/mp3/128/stream.mp3" instead.
I cannot test it, for I do not have one. Some codecs will not work, but maybe mp3 will.
There is somesting wrong with the wiring of pin 18 (SPI clk). Remove the clockline wiring step by step and check if "D: GPIO18 is LOW, probably no PULL-UP" disapears.
