The thing in picture looks like a filter, not like an transformer or isolator.
It is standard I2S, so most devices with I2S input should work.

I think the best way is to use a potentiometer in the analog part of the radio. I used a PAM8403 amplifier board with built-in potentiometer for this. See [here](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32878308762.html).

The board is okay. But there should be more error info than the exit status. Please find that info.
Wow, that's quite a story. I searched for the first occurence of "fatal" and found: `\main.cpp:99:82: fatal error: utils.h: No such file or directory` So the compiler cannot find "utils.h"....
