Use PVTv2 as backbone for custom model

Hello, I want to apply PVTv2 as backbone for my human pose estimation model, which is not based on mmcv. How should I use it correctly? Thanks in advance!

Possible bug by flops computation?

Hi, when I run `tools/compute_flops.py`, [this assertion](https://github.com/yangsenius/TransPose/blob/main/tools/jit_handles.py#L158) always fails.
