I've been trying a 0.12 and 0.13 and they all seemed to be unsigned for me.

I created 3 virtual audio cables and used the first one for browser audio. The more a video plays, the more the audio gets off-sync.

More specifically, is there a way to pull the audio from each user instead of only pulling the final mix?
