其他文件格式的也可以下载吧，下载的不是根据文件名称来判断文件是否在下载队列中，同一个任务重复下载怎么避免，根究DownloadState状态全部的？

应该是没有下载完的任务，重复点击的话，“该视频已在个人中心离线视频中”，“已经添加到了下载缓存”会弹出这两个提示
