i thought this was fixed some months ago by some rarest medal rewrite on profile?

looks like timeline dots are separated each month, not each day, so if there are 2 dots in the same month, then it will use the location of the earliest...

maybe a workaround would be to move the edit button to the left of the date and do the same as we do for long comments now, just cut them...
