Is there anyway to load the bootstrap css inline on server side rendering development mode?

Setting `extractStyles` to `false ` in _.bootstraprc_ did it for me.

Awesome package! But is there a way for us to set imperial standard vs metric?

I guess we could figure out a way to accomplish that. I will take a glance at it tomorrow

**TL;DR:** If you want to disable an environment variable, you can set it to an empty string. --- I ran into the same error, and spent some time debugging this....
