Sorry. Yes, fresh install meaning I just flashed a new SD card, and followed the step by step instructions utilizing the git pull

Sorry to keep bugging you... I just did this again using the buster version of [Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy)](https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/operating-systems/#raspberry-pi-os-legacy) and I'm still having the exact same issue as described above....
