Huge problem that comes out of this incompatibility is absence of high performance memory allocators for wasm32-unknown-unknown target, as all of the currently available are written in c/c++.
get the same error on svelte-preprocess 4.10.7 if my tsconfig.json has "target": "es2022" strangely it starts working if I set "target": "es2021"

Same. Couldn't use swc cli at all. Panics and crashes on every project i tried, while rollup/webpack/esbuild work fine.
