Same here, i used paid proxy but always get proxy error.
if anyone purchase with paypal, you can ask refund in paypal.
yes you can, search on yt for how to refund that if you don't know to refund. Don't forget to give paypal evidence that seller didn't respond. Screen shoot anything...
you need to configure autosolve on manifest.json 
if theres something related to proxy score, try to disable it.
