This doesn't have a snippet for any ECS resources or ECR repositories. (Great tool, though!)

Do you know of any other lists of available grants similar to this, preferably more about grants in the $10k range? Thanks for putting this list together, it's helpful.

The [documentation](http://jsforce.github.io/jsforce/doc/Connection.html) for the Connection class's query() method only mentions the soql and callback parameters, not the options parameter.

Use .gitignore for excluding files, if present

It'd be handy to use .gitignore to exclude files from checks, instead of having to duplicate those exclusions in the exclude setting.
