AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'rank' with tfp.layers.DenseVariational and Keras Input (TF 2.18.0, TFP 0.24.0)

Hello, did you explicitly install Keras 2 or are you using Keras 3 (default with your tensorflow version I believe) ? See release notes: https://github.com/tensorflow/probability/releases/tag/v0.24.0.
