Please consider adding support for server 2019 aka 1809, it is a windows could install vs2017+officially and many industrial software ticked to this version. Or could any some good guy...

Please consider do some tiny updates with log enabled, a prestable nightly stable version is advised, this could collect some log for you. We are waiting for a UI changed...

Is there any other open source alternative? It is better to not with GPL, as we could should do some code refactoring, lessons should be learned by this repo's issues...

While RustDesk is becoming very stable, please do consider supporting 2FA and FIDO. With those two we could put RustDesk into Enterprise situations. Thank you for creating such good software!
