Nope. Several other people have reported the issue.

@mrunalkh9595 I see in that post where someone created a debug-signing.properties file in the platforms/android folder and specified there the keystone path, password etc. But I'm not sure exactly how...

According to another post they solved the issue by creating a debug-signing.properties file in the build folder
