Write configs after starting threads

If there is a new module that isnt in the config we write the defaults into the config incase it need to be changed later. Its done after the threads...

I agree, I think it was to originally follow the capitalization of the projects. We could also look into sorting without the caps.

For sure. Step 1 is to zero free the last partition since we already mount it, then we can look at doing the other ones.
