apt-key depricated, can not install Public Repository Key

when adding the repository the message "apt-key is deprecated Manage keyring files in trusted.gpg.d instead (see apt-key(8))". If we try to install the key via trusted.gpg.d, it is not taken...

Question to DMR Message Decode

Can i decode DMR Messages with this Programm? Or at least can i see the raw data? I see by an incomming message only "RATE 1/2 DATA".
