Adds an option to view full commit info using custom function. This PR solves #54.

Add an option to use custom function to view full commit info. Intended to use with external plugins e.g. `Diffvew.nvim`.

When opening Diffview with `--selected-file=` option it would be nice to also have an option to pass row to set the cursrow row after diffview is opened.

Name argument wasn't used for installation, but was used for symlinking in `.config/gtk-4.0`.
