High FDR (41%) when MTAGing 4 traits but pairwise MTAG always <5%

I I have the same problem, what should I do in this situation? Should I use only two traits for analysis, or what?

The maxFDR value is high (0.4) when performing the triple trait, but not for the single or double trait (0.03)

Thanks for the answer. So would you recommend that I continue to do this using this method? Or can I do the analysis again with other multi-trait methods and then...
