Gamefusion crashes on launch and Bionic straight up says I don't have DX12

Winlator doesn't register my controller inputs

When trying to play games, Doctor Robotnik's Ring Racers or SRB2Kart for example, my controller inputs don't register. Not even the Virtual Controller inputs register at all.
