Just a tip: The curseforge launcher can automatically locate the 1.16.5 version for you if thats any help.

Theres a command known as /projecte resetemc (username) Or something along the lines of that. Should make it so they have time to not crash. Hope it helps.

Im having similar issues, yet its with the tomb of knowledge. Does learning it cause the crash? because i can learn the final star shard just fine.

Usually they are supposed to have an emc value, what other mods are you using alongside ProjectEX?

Depending on what type of mods along side it, the devs physically cant fix it because you can dupe emc by just going to a village and getting a leatherworker....
