Implement `\updownarrows` and `\downuparrows`

Currently MathJax has support for `\upuparrows` and `\downdownarrows` but not for `\updownarrows` and `\downuparrows` which is quite inconsistent. I haven't found alternatives (apart from `\uparrow\downarrow`...).
