Hide/Show Columns

When I set height: 'auto' the Hide/Show Columns functionality no longer works. As soon as I set it back to a numeric value this functionality works again. Version: Flexigrid for...

The code on github is different than the code on the working demo

Delete, edit, update, output, add don't work based on the code in github. But if I copy the code from the demo instead, it works.
