Stuck in stat idle

I am stuck in state idle, was attacked. I change manually resolution but it starts attacking and it stucks then. Also in the new release i cant put my barracks...

Hi, I cant fix this problem, can you help me. It zoomed out, and got to attack but it stacks attcking and this is what happen.  thnks
