[MAIL] mu indexing does not work

The three commands that exit abnormally with code 19 is normal if you already have mail setup locally, and mu4e works regardless, those commands are only needed for initial setup...

Portability

There is probably more to do to make this completely portable, so I shall keep this issue open in the meantime.
