While getting your app to publish on the official F-Droid may be difficult, you could look into adding it to the F-Droid repository IzzyOnDroid instead. It has easier requirements than F-Droid and allows users who prefer alternative app stores access to your app. If you're interested, I'd recommend checking out the inclusion policy and the IzzyOnDroid repo maintainer is often happy to help.
