Do you have the logs? I believe I know what the cause is. Basically, DiscordChat disconnects from Discord for reasons not yet known and tries to reconnect after two seconds....
I fixed it by changing the format to monospace.
It's so annoying. Even if you mute someone in Minecraft, their messages are still visible in Discord.
