You have got to add your iPhone in the `Supported devices ` like (iPhone8,2) section of info.plist of ipa, zip it to ipa n resign.
Is the app compatible with iPad? Is your cert still valid?
Try resigning a fresh ipa with no code signature. Not that it matters, but try once.
