Request to change city name "Port Elizabeth" to "Gqeberha" in populated places

The name of the city "Port Elizabeth" was [officially changed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gqeberha) to "Gqeberha" in 2021. Please can this be updated in the "Populated Places" layers?
