Ores are continually being replaced when a lot of observers are updating in the chunk.

The dummy ores are being replaced very quickly with new arrangements of ores when lots of observers are updating in a chunk.

Siren state doesn't update on Home Assistant

When enabling the siren, it will shut off after 30 seconds, but the toggle will remain on in Home Assistant while the siren will have already automatically shut off.
