.settings Folder doesn't show.

Hi there. I am running Linux Zorin 16.1 , and I am attempting to run this. However it seems the `.settings` folder isn't showing up. I do have Show Hidden...

Add `reason` support to the block command so I don't need to have to create a another new message when I can just have it in the block command.
