This would be pretty nice to have since swamp biomes can be pretty difficult to find on certain worlds, especially ones that have large cold biomes :/

Servers that use plugins are less likely to use the Vanilla Enchantment RNG. It sucks, but it's probably like that for a reason (unfortunately) :/
