For me all Cutscenes run slow but not the audio which causes it to be way out of sync. Does somebody know how to fix this?

It is not just a problem for slow cards, I have a RTX 3060 Ti and the same slow video is happening for me. I tried various settings and nothing...

After a few minutes it crashed my whole PC 🙃
