By using CMake we can create more flexible and portable solution (support more IDEs, automatic find wxWidgets location and more).

Redefinition of PRINTER_NOTIFY_CATEGORY_ALL from winspool.h and pointer truncation issues have been fixed. But I don't know are such redifinition with different value is correct...
