I've had the same issue that the binding goes offline after a couple of days. After upgrading to 3.3.0.M3 I don't see any errors anymore, but the binding still refuses...

We also stumbled across this issue and scheduled the webhook onto our master nodes as a workaround, which is still not bulletproof. Also we're too afraid of configuring the webhook...

Short update: It doesn't seem to be related too much to one of the webhooks not being available. We had the webhook running with 2 instances for the last 5...

We observe this as well (version 1.21.0) and found this issue to be the closest to our problem: #254 Sadly there's no reliable workaround right now. It's currently blocking us...
