Does this mean you can now, for example, look into and take stuff out of a pill bottle stored inside a medkit stored inside a backpack? If so, very nice.
Kind of a bummer for engineering if the 'do secondary goals' station goal is selected, since engineering has no secondary goals to do.

I was about to write a long comment about why this is bad, but after testing it out, it's.. fine. The baton doesn't have the extra attack cooldown the contractor...
Might want to add relocating the hand tele to the patch notes to (hopefully) reduce confusion for antags.
