Make repeat applications of morphine dangerous and a way to knock someone out

Make the application of n number of morphine applications within a short time frame knock the player out with a small chance of killing them.

Severe pain control when in low blood has now an added risk. This feature request might work well with the request to change morphine as a method to control severe pain and trauma.
