Hi there, I was working with the pywal module to make a plugin for another app, and i found that (at least in my pc) `SystemParametersInfoA` doesn't work, but `SystemParametersInfoW`...

Added title option, at the moment, displays title on top of clock and doesn't have any custom font. This feature was requested on #34

Document `community.postgresql` collection dependencie

I had issues on a minimal installation of ansible due to not having the `community.postgresql` collection installed. I think the dependency on this collection should be documented.
