Make fails on MacOS 11.1 Big Sur - can't find libraries

I made /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX10.15.sdk. from Phracker https://github.com/phracker/MacOSX-SDKs . That resolved one problem. I noted that /opt/homebrew/include has the missing headers. make USE_PGXS=1 TDS_INCLUDE=-I/opt/homebrew/include runs but still fails on ld: warning: directory...
