Oh. Good to know then @EdwardElric64. The latest version of the NDS cheats database was made in 2014. I'm guessing people aren't updating that database anymore.

Even without the cheats, Pokemon B/W and B2/W2 have that XP problem. If this problem was in DeSmuME 0.9.10, it's fixed in 0.9.11. I have tested it.

The mute switch on your device is probably on. There's an "Ignore Mute Button" option in the settings that you can enable, or you can just flip your mute button...
