INDS Crash from cheat

My Pokemon platinum game crashes after I entered a bad cheat. I have sent multiple bug reports and I can't even undo the cheat as the game crashes as soon as I open it. Only for the rom all my other roms work. Please help

As soon as you launch the rom normally, get into the settings and turn the cheat off. Do it quick, unless you've tried that and it didn't work. In that case, do it while the screen is still black.

@darknesgaming tried that many times it won't let me open the setting and turn the cheat off

There's only one thing to do: Delete the app and then re-install it.

@darknesgaming re-installed INDS and the Pokemon platinum and it still won't work :(

I'll fix this. For now delete the .dct file in Dropbox with the same name as the game

Good idea. But how do you delete the .dct file in iNDS?

Once you delete it from dropbox it will delete in in the next sync. I'm assuming he's using dropbox because that's the only way the game would crash again after reinstalling

I actually redownloaded from love roms and it kept crashing although I do have Dropbox and tried that and it crashed too. I ended finding another platinum rom thanks though

Same problem here. Got greedy, used a bad cheat, now I can't remove the cheat without INDS crashing. Is there a way to not lose all my game progress?

I finally figured out how to patch Heart Gold then this happened. I know I won't be able to find another rom that works.

Recently I started to play Pokémon Soul Silver then just yesterday I decided to mess around with some cheats that ended up crashing my game on start... it really pissed me off so I connected my iPhone to iTunes clicked on “file sharing” on my iPhone, clicked on iNDS, dragged the battery to my desktop then finally deleted the .dct file and voila! It worked like a charm. Hope this helps!
