maybe you are having a permission problem. try to delete the specific plugin folder and upload it again.

You are looking the wrong nginx . Make sure you are using the nginx installed on the /usr folder
444 is the port for https 8080 is the port for http http://tvpowiatowa.pl:8080/ Or https://tvpowiatowa.pl:444/
The certificate problem maybe was because you was dealing with the wrong nginx The ssl you have come from the let’s encrypt
