Thank you @robertoostenveld for your suggestion, the micromed reader from Neo ([this one](https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/python-neo/blob/master/neo/rawio/micromedrawio.py)) extracts more information from the files than the fieldtrip reader. It was actually helpful for my project...
