Imagick::raiseImage x and y don't do anything?

Remove hasBespokeRender

They should all just be going through render() now.

Need a font that contains multiple weights and styles

Need to check all threshold using examples

Zooming is kind of dumb

Some of the examples (e.g. Imagick::resizeImage) allow the users to crop and zoom in, so that people can pixelpeep the image. It would be better to do this in JavaScript...

Imagick::remapImage could do with a different palette

as currently it is hard-coded to NetscapeWebSafeColours.gif which is fine, but not very demonstrative.
