Change dashboard(slug) to dashboard(id)

dashboard(slug) does not work

function fails when given the slug from get_dashboard. does work if given the id of the dashboard. This shows up in duplicate_dashboard(). supplying a known good slug fails. https://github.com/getredash/redash-toolbelt/blob/f6d2c40881fcacb411665c75f3afbe570533539d/redash_toolbelt/client.py#L83
