Error: Could not evaluate the @storybook-vue/nuxt package from the 'framework' field of Storybook config.

When running this on Windows with Nuxt 3.11 the steps listed by [necodeus](https://github.com/necodeus) were still required otherwise the error was still present, this is in a clean install of Nuxt...
