Soot-cmd version crash in merge multidex mode

I run FlowDroid on this APK file - [123.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/18099121/123.zip) (APK inside zip archive). I used soot-cmd (tried [2.14.1](https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/de/fraunhofer/sit/sse/flowdroid/soot-infoflow-cmd/2.14.1/), and [2.13](https://github.com/secure-software-engineering/FlowDroid/releases/tag/v2.13) but this bug appears on both of them).
