V0.20.12中Silent start失效，每次启动都会弹出dashboard，重启电脑重新安装后仍然存在

主界面看抖音直播，主播有开播，但点进去后是没办法看，每个直播间都是，更换浏览器以及设备也是。希望能修复，感谢！ 附截图：  

When downloading gallery from exhentai using the plugins, the log says "DownloadError("The resource could not be found in the cache directory cache\\downloads")". Is there any steps that can be taken...
